Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited.

Further, the Company is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) classified as a Core Investment Company (CIC) by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). As a CIC, the company primarily engages in the acquisition of shares and securities of its group companies, holding not less than 90% of its net assets in the form of equity shares, preference shares, bonds, debentures, debt, or loans in group companies.
